Can We Talk?

Today is Mother's Day, and even though I am a mother, I have never liked Mother's Day. I would rather have my kids be at least civil all the rest of the year and skip the presents and candy on my "special day." Buy alas (who talks like that?), it is not to be. So, I try to enjoy Mother's Day the best I can.

The Boy Wonder and Chuck Norris woke me up this morning with French toast and OJ in bed. Then I got some very entertaining cards and a box of Russell Stover's chocolates. Yesterday, Superman took me to the nursery and bought me a bunch of plants for the yard. Plants and chocolate - add in a good book and you have a list of my favorite things.

Just in time for Mother's Day I got to take a couple of pictures of my "babies". They grow up so fast and just when you think they are too big, you see something like this:
