Fun and Games in Trinidad

Trinidad is a cute little community just south of Patrick's Point (where we were camping). We took some fun photos around the lighthouse overlooking the bay, then we wandered around the town. We were quite the motley crew! The mermaid and dolphin are outside the police station - it looked like a house. What do the police in Trinidad do anyway?

The local church had beautiful stained glass windows with Catholic mass on Saturday night and an Episcopalian service on Sunday morning. Right across the street is a huge mass of hydrangeas mimicking the baby blue of the sea.

We stopped at Katy's Smokehouse for smoked salmon. It was VERY expensive and the man behind the counter was a bit snooty. Guess we didn't look like their sort of customers.

Then it was time for fun in the sun at the beach. A~ decided to practice a bit of lassoing with some sea kelp, and the Boy Wonder was king of the hill.
